A healthy breakfast that will keep you feeling fuller longer.


  • Cooked chicken breast
  • Hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 medium-sized tomato


Chop up a cooked chicken breast, hard boiled egg, half an avocado and a medium-sized tomato. In order to cut preparation time in the morning, use leftover chicken and hard boil your eggs in advance. One chicken breast contains around 30 grams of protein, so this dish will keep you feeling fuller longer. The avocado provides healthy monounsaturated fats that will also keep your energized.
